Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at 6709 S Minnesota Ave #220, Sioux Falls, SD 57108 at the Independent Medical Arts building. You can find us on the second floor of the building in the same office as Mary Wuebben Wellness.

How much does each appointment cost?

Regular appointments (excluding medical marijuana and immigration appointments) are billed at $250, with the initial visit being billed at $300.

Self-pay clients pay the full amount out of pocket at the time of service while insurance patients pay their co-pay amount at time of service and any outstanding amount not covered by their insurance later. Medical marijuana cards and immigration appointments are $300 per session with a (minimum of 2 appointments for immigration).

How can I pay?

We accept cash and credit cards at the time of service. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks during this time.

Do I need to prepare anything before my visit?

Please make sure to complete the intake form that should have been sent through the email you used to make an appointment with. Kindly contact any previous healthcare providers to fax over any relevant medical histories. If you completed labs prior to your appointment, give your lab a call to ensure that they faxed over your results to us at (605)-275-0067.
