Dr. Syed Shah, MD
With over 30 years of experience working as an internal medicine physician, Dr. Syed Shah is the sole independent internist in Sioux Falls, SD, and brings a wealth of experience to his private practice.
He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), a certified MRO, and holds licenses to practice in South Dakota, Texas, and Iowa.
Alongside founding and working at Shah Medical Clinic, he currently serves as the Medical Director of Urgent Care, Medical Director of Encompass Inpatient Rehab Hospital, and the Chief Hospitalist at Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.

Dr. Mussarat Ashraf, MD
Dr. Mussarat Ashraf is a highly skilled Internal Medicine physician who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. She graduated from Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan where she earned her medical degree, and then went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
With a passion for helping others, Dr. Ashraf has developed a broad range of expertise in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and she is committed to delivering personalized care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Her hobbies include spending time with family, trying new recipes, and yoga.

Saif Shah
Saif is a junior majoring in psychology on the Pre-Medicine track and Honors program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is very involved on campus as a resident assistant, MSA board, research assistant and playing club volleyball. He can be seen around the clinic working as a medical assistant. In his free time, Saif enjoys spending time in nature with his favorite spot being Good Earth State Park.
